"We use the colors we did in order to match the desired prototype in our first batch samples of your formula....If there are no colorants in there the raw materials appear a dull, waxy yellow.....All colorants we use are in accordance with the laws for areas of use, quantities to use, and are all approved for cosmetic use in the USA by the FDA....Also you may want to refer your clients to something that came about in the 60's.
